How Much Daylight Are We Gaining Every Day

Biches the net I made a new discovery, yesterday was the song suicide and today was Death Kappa, becomes the kaiju eiga!

The charge of giving life to Death Kappa is Tomoo Haraguchi, a makeup artist who specializes in monsters that made the leap to management in 1991 with
Mikadoroido (Mikadroide). Since then combines both jobs. As a makeup artist has participated in Teito monogatari (Tokyo the Last Megalopolis, 1988) Akio Jissoji, Gamera, kaiju dai Kuchu Kessen (Gamera, the guardian of the universe, 1994) or Shusuke Kaneko Jigoku (Hell, 1999), Teruo Ishii, and has also worked with Akira Kurosawa, Seijun Suzuki, Shinya Tsukamoto, Yojiro Takita and, above all, Takeshi Kitano.

Other works director are Sakuya: yƓkaiden (Sakuya, Slayer of Demons, 2000), Kibakichi: Bakko Yokaiden (Samurai Werewolf, 2003) and Kibakichi: Bakko Yokaiden 2 (2004), all of them with period ambience. Death

Kappa is produced by Fever Dreams, an American producer for some years that is dedicated to producing low-budget Japanese films to exploit worldwide, especially in branded DVD Tokyo Shock. Two such productions that are most successful Keisatsu zankoku Tokyo (Tokyo Gore Police) and Kataude girl machine (Machine Girl), both from 2007. Tomoo Haraguchi

account in an interview due to lack of budget Kappa Death being treated from a humorous point of view, because the public better tolerate failures and shortcomings when there is humor involved. But nevertheless we must not seek to Death Kappa as a parody of kaiju eiga, but as a comedy, as stated by the director in the same interview.

After reading the interview I began to search for images of the film to hang, but the only decent picture I found is that is already set and is not it look too good. Ni even have a trailer on Youtube, so if there is a video with a short interview made Haraguchi, I leave the link in case you want to see:

Although not be more videos on YouTube or photos or anything, there is an American site where the DVD is already on sale, it seems strange that having now been released on DVD the film has not only information about it anywhere ... So if anyone finds something to leave a comment.
